I work with the whole range of unhappiness, pain and disappointment that the vagaries of life brings to everyone; including depression, anxiety, loneliness, divorce, loss and death. I also focus on expanding one’s capacity for pleasure, contentment and joy. This sometimes has a spiritual dimension. Couples Counseling is an important specialty that matters greatly to me. I believe successful relationships of all sorts are the base on which we build a strong sense of self that allows us to go out into the world with confidence.
